Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By requesting my services (Commissions, Trades, and/or Requests) you automatically agree to be bound by them. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. If at any time you find them unacceptable or do not agree with them, you may NOT request my services. I retain full rights to revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice to you. This TOS applies to past commissions as well. 1. RIGHTS & LICENSING

•As a freelance artist, I choose my own work schedule. The most common schedule tends to be Monday - Friday ( Normal Business Days ). I answer commission questions asap on weekdays and at my own digression on weekends.

•As the customer, the only rights you have to the artwork I produce are;

...To repost with artists credit.

...To reproduce for personal use only.

...Copyrights to the character you created/own.

 As the content creator, I'm entitled to the rights of the artwork I produce. This allows me to; Edit, Share, Reproduce, and Display as/where I see fit.

•NO parties may sell a commissioned work from me, regardless if contains your character or not, UNLESS both the Artist and Customer agree on it and retain proof of that agreement.

(These copyright rules are taken from "Copyright and Commissioned Works" where both Artist & Customer split the credit of a commissioned work.)

•If I have created an artwork without commission, on my own personal time. All copyrights of that artwork belong to me.

•I retain right to deny any commission inquiry without explanation.

•Commissions will be worked on in the order I see fit.

•Only the customer may repost the artwork they commission, with credit.

•You are NOT permitted to .PSD or .SAI files of my artwork, only PNG final works and high resolution links.

2. PAYMENT & COMMISSION EDITS & UPDATES

•You have the option to schedule a rushed/timed commission at any point in time, before I have started your commission and/or during it, however it will result in a small fee to skip over others in my commission list to make yours the first priority. This may be anywhere between $10 - $20. Rushed/Timed commissions are Non Refundable.

•Payment is received in USD only.

•Payment is expected via Paypal and Google Wallet only. If you'd like to suggest another form of payment, you are free to.

•The Paypal account issuing payment must belong to you.

•I will always send an invoice to request payment. Any payment received via friends & family will not be refunded, ever.

​•After the commission is accepted, I will ask for your email to invoice you. Never send a payment before the commission is accepted!

•Payment in full is required before the commission is started.

•I allow 1 large and 3 small free edits before I charge additional fees. The fees may be

anywhere between $5 - $20.

•If you would like visual updates on a commission you’ve purchased, while it’s being worked on, you are required to ask for them via note/PM. Otherwise I will only send you an update if I feel it be necessary.

3. REFUNDS

•As soon as your commission is accepted, 20% is deducted if a refund is requested.

•Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase, however I retain the rights to

cancel a commission and provide the appropriate refunds at my own discretion. If the 30 day limit has passed and you are no longer wanting what you commissioned, you may ask for something else in it's place, up to, but not over the total amount of your original commission. If I have already started your image, your total will either be reduced, or you will be charged a small fee to compensate for the extra work, depending on which route you choose.

•I will only give you a refund for the work that I have not completed.

•Please request refunds within Private Messages, or Emails. One will be administered to you when the funds are available in my own Paypal. I will keep you updated as to what is going on, to assure you that you will be receiving your refund, if it isn't able to be submitted right away.

4. HARASSMENT & IMPATIENCE

•Harassment will NOT be tolerated and will result in a ban.

•If you are impatient with me, you will be directed to both my Terms of Service. All required information is provided to you before I accept your commission. Impatience will not be tolerated.
